FEAR—Part One: unpleasant strong emotion caused by anticipation of danger
Psalm 34:4 (NLT) I prayed to the LORD, and he answered me. He freed me from all my fears.
Ponder this: We live in a world and society driven and motivated by anticipation of what might happen, although it hasn’t happened yet. Let that sink in. For all the “what ifs” you are still clinging to, they haven’t happened yet! Let them go. When you pray to the LORD as King David did, then you will be able to proclaim, “He freed me from all my ‘what ifs.’ ”
