Moving Forward

Philippians 1:6 (NLT)

And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns.

Philippians 3:16 (NLT)

But we must hold on to the progress we have already made.

            Sometimes we don’t need a long message. Sometimes, we just need to stop and realize that God is working in us every day of our life and that he will not give up on us. No matter what complexities are thrown in our path—finances, health, politics—we belong to Christ. Each day we make a little progress in strengthening our faith in him. Our job is to hold on to those small victories and build upon them. Our heavenly Father will not abandon nor forsake us. Each day we are one step closer to being the person he knows we can be.

            Today’s devotional message is simple: Keep Moving Forward! God is with us!
