NEW different from one that has previously existed, made or become fresh
2 Corinthians 5:17 (NIV) Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!
Ponder this: Christ died for our sins (1 Corinthians 15:3), and anyone who calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved (Romans 10:13). Once we accept the gift of salvation through Christ Jesus, we become a new person. We are free from the guilt of past sins and we no longer need to carry those burdens around with us. We are different from the person we used to be. Each moment of each new day is now an opportunity to make fresh decisions to live a life that honors God in all that you think, do, or say.
